Tucson Portrait Project 2009- Darren Clark & Gary Patch

As a walked down 4th avenue (the hippy part of town) I discovered a nice little portrait project on the underpass. To artists had worked together and photographed the people of Tucson.I’m not entirely sure how much depth there is in the concepts of this project, however i like the process and am keen to keep looking out for processes that we enable me to print in alternative ways- potentially even onto the bridge itself. I like the idea of printing on to tiles on the underpass, making people stop and observe something and somewhere that perhaps they would never normally stop. Using space and materials to create an installation of some sort.
